Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Ceptrix for development services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Ceptrix provides A/B test engineering, website development, and Shopify development services. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified. Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own all deliverables created specifically for your project. Ceptrix retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions
Revision rounds are specified in each project agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ceptrix's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
